Dome Technology
Bradley S. Bateman is the Chief Executive Officer for Dome Technology, an international industrial construction company that provides storage and handling systems for dry bulk materials. In this role, Bateman is responsible for all business and construction activities, both foreign and domestic. He has traveled extensively in Asia, Europe, North and South America, Africa, and the Middle East.
Bateman is a licensed civil engineer and previously worked as an engineering project manager. His experience in both construction and engineering is uncommon in the industry, lending him a unique perspective as CEO. He is also the founder and chairman of the Rocky Mountain Dry Bulk Summit.
Bateman earned a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from University of Idaho and a master’s degree in structural engineering from Brigham Young University. Originally from Star Valley, Wyoming, he and his wife Michelle have four children and live in Idaho Falls, Idaho.
Louis Dreyfus (Retired)
Steve Campbell started his trading career with Louis Dreyfus Company in 1987, where he served in many capacities including Regional Trading Mgr for Kansas City and Chicago. In 1993, he was charged with leading the joint venture formed by Louis Dreyfus and Archer Daniels Midland, later being named a VP for ADM. In 1997, Mr. Campbell joined American Electric Power as Manager of Natural Gas Trading to help lead AEP in establishing a trading presence in the energy markets. Mr. Campbell rejoined Louis Dreyfus in 2000, where he was charged with leading a team to reestablish Louis Dreyfus in the North American wheat export marketplace and to manage Global wheat trading. In 2008, he was named President/CEO LD Commodities Grain Merchandising LCC, whereby he oversaw all grain trading and operations in North America. In 2012, he was named Head of North America and Group Executive Vice President. After spending 30 years trading, managing, and leading various commodity businesses, Steve retired in May 2017.
Steve grew up on a wheat and cattle operation in North Central Oklahoma. He attended Oklahoma State University, receiving his Bachelor of Science and Master of Science in Agricultural Economics. Mr. Campbell has been married to his lovely wife Susan for 33 years, and is blessed with a 28 year old son, Jack. The family enjoys sports, traveling, and serving in their church.
Career Industry/Community Leadership Positions
Boral
Mike is Vice President Capital Projects at Boral. He has more than 40 years of experience in the maritime, mining, mineral processing, material handling, and bulk transportation industries. Mike has significant experience managing engineering and construction projects throughout North America and Asia as well as management of mine operations in the US. Background includes senior management roles of marine terminals and executive leadership of maritime companies. Mike also has business development experience in providing services, engineering construction projects and the sales, marketing and trading of commodities.
Former President of Metropolitan Stevedore Company, Mike had responsibility for all terminal operations, business development activities and safety/training of all Metro Ports operating staff in North America. Previous positions include Business Development for major engineering/ construction companies, Regional Vice President for a large maritime and terminal operator and Management and Engineering positions for a major North American mining company. Mike is a graduate of the University of Missouri – Rolla with a degree in Mining Engineering and The Auburn University with an MBA. Mike is active in a variety of trade and maritime associations and has served as director on several organizations.
Dome Technology
Jason Miller is the Vice President of Marketing at Dome Technology.
Jason leads all marketing efforts for Dome Technology including all digital and printed material, project profiles and video and lead generation activities. Jason has focused largely on showcasing the commercial and industrial projects to current and potential customers allowing them to see and better understand the scope of the company.
Prior to working at Dome Technology Jason worked in business marketing and brand management. Most recently his role in marketing operations for an international consumer-goods company required him to direct all targeted promotion initiatives for the company and to lead the monthly marketing email and publication communications.
In addition Jason oversaw the corporation’s global convention with more than 7,000 attendees as well as the company’s retail operations throughout North America. He brings to Dome Technology’s leadership team skills in accounting, finance, relationship fostering, event planning, and photography.
Jason grew up close to Dome Technology’s headquarters in Idaho Falls, Idaho. While attending college, he worked as a laborer on dome construction crews in Payson, Arizona, and Galena Park, Texas—experience that helps him relate with project managers and field crews.
Miller graduated from University of Utah in 2000 with bachelor’s degrees in both finance and accounting. He and his wife Torrie have been married nearly 20 years and have four children.
BRUKS Siwertell
Steve B. Bennett is the President and CEO of BRUKS Siwertell, Americas – an industry leader in dry bulk handling solutions. Born in Fayetteville, North Carolina and raised in Georgia, Steve received his degree in Mechanical Engineering from Southern Polytechnic State University. His career in the industry spans nearly 30 years beginning with Babcock Material Handling based out of the UK. He later founded Rockwood Materials Handling, Inc. in 1998. He then sold Rockwood Materials Handling to the BRUKS Group of companies in 2008 were he has remained the President & CEO of BRUKS Americas up to the present day. He sits on the global management team of BRUKS, now BRUKS SIWERTELL, AB where he was directly involved in the recent merger of BRUKS Group, AB with the Swedish Siwertell, AB. Steve resides in Alpharetta, Georgia, a suburb just north of Atlanta, with his wife, Michelle. They enjoy traveling, scuba diving, fine dining, and spending time with family and friends.
